Hi, I’m Debi Livingston.

I was a single mom stuck on welfare for thirteen years. I felt shame about my situation, and hopelessness too, because this cycle was so hard to break. When my two daughters were old enough, I cleaned houses and volunteered at my church while saving money to become certified in hypnosis. Just after becoming certified, I took the leap in faith and cut my connection with the state welfare system.

I wasn’t fully confident I was going to be able to “make it” in my new career, but I was determined to stop the vicious cycle of lack, limitation, and struggle. That was a scary moment in my life, but today, I celebrate 38 years of being in business as both a hypnotist and trainer.

Where once I relied on food stamps and welfare checks, I now enjoy $10,000 – $20,000 months with ease!

It is my heart’s passion to help other individuals break their own cycles of lack, limitation, and overwhelm, and that is exactly what I have been doing for more than 30 years.

Along my journey, I was co-founder, director, and principal instructor at the ISHI School of Hypnosis Training in Berkeley, California, where thousands of people have been certified in hypnosis. During this time, I hosted a live, call-in radio show, Total Prosperity, which helped me develop my voice and confidence in public speaking.

In 2011, I decided to end my relationship with ISHI. This was an unexpected turn of events that left me emotionally devastated and wondering, “What the heck am I going to do now?” ISHI was my safety net. ISHI was my creation. ISHI was where I thought I’d spend the rest of my days helping people awaken to their true power, natural gifts, and talents.

I was spinning in my mind, because I was set to teach at a large hypnosis conference, and I had nothing to back me up (no school, no recordings, no training videos) because I had walked away from 29 years of work. What would I do?

I used self-hypnosis!

Every day, I went into my subconscious mind to clean out blocks, emotional imprints, and fear. I used self-hypnosis to imagine my life as successful and filled with abundance. And I meditated. One month after embarking on my own, during meditation, the name dropped into my awareness for my new business: Healed Heart Hypnosis and Intuitive Awakenings … because we can’t move forward and fully embrace life without a healed heart, and because I deeply believe all healing is remembering and awakening to who we truly are, which is a personal journey of inner growth and awareness for everyone. And that’s the power and potential of using hypnosis for spiritual awakening. It was the missing link for me, and it has made all the difference in my world.

Since then, I’ve been on fire to help other individuals—like you—awaken to their true power and Source. I have the tools. I have the techniques. I have the knowledge and the experience. I love teaching this course! In my private practice, I specialize in deep regression work. A large portion of this training, then, is guiding students to confidence in this area of hypnotherapy. This is the hidden gem in hypnosis: being able to regress clients to the actual cause of their problem instead of simply treating the effect.

Many trainers no longer work with individual clients—they just teach. I continue to work with private clients daily. This keeps my information in present time, and my courses don’t become mundane and stagnant, because I’m always using new examples to help you understand the material.

My classes are an intimate, safe container. I limit it to 20 people to ensure you receive personal attention and direction. Each day, you’ll take a deep dive into your subconscious mind and work on your personal goals while learning how to help others do the same.
